Now for the explanation: Zirca is a fan region made by Nyantcha AKA 00_Homura/ThiccWithAQ and apparently it was not a comic but rather a roleplay with him and his friends (he LARPed as an Asian woman instead of the coomer nigger he is throughout this time before he got doxxed on /vp/ which I am NOT posting). I don't know how long the RP ran, but the premise was a comically edgy region led by

The region is apparently based off of Canada and Chile (which basically makes Vos Xavion a stand-in for Augusto Pinochet, trading economic development and killing communists for bolstering the League and killing anyone who could actually have a shot at deposing him). It was also divided into Upper Zirca the rich nigga zone and Lower Zirca the Chiraq on steroids with Ultra Beasts zone. I have no idea how the RP's plot went besides the fact that Vos Xavion's soul somehow got stuck inside of a Dunsparce.
Despite what a lot of people have been led to believe, Grim Darkwood has no relation to Zirca. His creator just aped Nyantcha hard to the point of modeling his bio exactly after his characters, and also his Mary Sue Tyranigtar was never intended to have multiple phases, that is pure 4chan fanfic.
