Another solution for Gigalith is giving it Drought, moves that take advantage of sun(Heat Crash, Solar Blade, Morning Sun etc) and a Rock signature move that works like Hydro Steam but physical(Igneous Blast or the like)

If anything it doesn't need to be a special attacker. It lore also states that it relies on sunlight.
