"Kind of a fluffy move for an edgemaster to use.."
Although they may not look the part, Carbinks are capable of playing defensive roles, and in fact, it's quite literally their only good use. A Calm Mind here, a Calm Mind there, a Rest whenever Sturdy kicks in, Sleep Talk this, Sleep Talk that, and a Moonblast whenever it's ready to cash in on those aforementioned boosts.
[Oiiisishiiiii!]
The Queen however, seems much more interested in blinding Trevenant, and does so by using Dazzling Gleam on him. The bright, gleaming light catches Trevenant by surprise and deals substantial damage, also pushing him back.
"T-Tre..!"
[Shi!]
With Trevenant briefly stunned, the Queen takes the opportunity to sick its Stand on him once again. Dusknoir lashes out and this time attempts to use Fire Punch, but quick thinking on your part prevents that from happening.
"Poison Jab! Get him in the eye!"
If there's one thing the two ghosts share in common, it's that they both have one eye, and you've known Trevenant long enough to know that he doesn't like getting jabbed in the eye, so the same should be true for a Dusknoir.
"Treeeeee......VANANT!"
[D-Duuuuusskk!]
Poison Jab flies first, piercing the Stand's eye before it has a chance to use Fire Punch. The guardian ghost emits a piercing screech and staggers back in venomous agony, while the Queen winces with an equal amount of pain. The eye: It's always the best weak spot.
Now comes the best part: laying trap shenanigans while they're both dazed.
