Red is more a legend than anything else these days but still up there, and probably the only person who can compete with Leon skill wise. Now, Leon... He's essentially a more successful Red. Touted as the strongest Champion but if you consider teams. He'd definitely need some luck to beat Cynthia or Steven. So where does that put him?
