umbreon poison heal would actually be really strong he is super tanky and has a great utility movepool, i can see this actually boosting him up a lot
flareon drought is interesting, while his utility movepool is mediocre compared to the other 2 drought mons he packs a mean punch with 130 attack so i feel like he'd be a sidegrade to them instead of strictly worse
glaceon's movepool is much worse than ninetales-a's but there's a catch, glaceon's much tankier (can make use of the x1.5 def from snow) and can do very serious damage with her high SpA, so i feel like it's not strictly worse, it could be workable
the surges don't help any of the pokemon in a significant way (if anything, you'd still prefer pixilate and magic bounce over them) besides leafeon as you can teach it grassy slide, but even then it would be an almost strictly worse rillaboom
