Realistically z-moves are easily the most Balanced, they were an interesting addition well executed in both lore and competitive, in the case of megs it was more of a "hit or miss" thing, some megs were good but others were a disappointment or were too broken, its introduction in the lore could have been better, while dinamax would say that it is also something like "hit or miss", it can be a fun mechanic but among the three it is the most chaotic and least stable, the battles can be very ephemeral just for that, also several of the gigamax forms of many pokemon did not stand out at all, both in design and in strategies, with few gigamax form pokemon that really stand out, and their inclusion in the lore was quite confusing due to the poor pokemon sword and shield story structure
