So far on my list is..

And I guess trying to branch out to other series since Pokemon's fate is worrying. Also have fun with Platinum and take in the Sinnoh region in depth by talking to the NPC's and etc. Make sure not to skip around trainers too much, since you'll need to finish the Regional Dex to unlock the Battle Area for postgame.
