Realistically speaking impidimp is the most blobby and nonsensical cartoony looking creation ever in pokemon and looks hideously out of place
Aipom has nubs for hands, but its entire tail is its gimmick, plus it has feet and varying usage for It's color main colors
Meowth, in current day, albeit noodle-y, still has the iconic face going on, the torso is also alot wider, and it has actual fucking fingers and toes and a very visible tail plus originally

Impidimp's feet and body are literal tiny ovals, and the one unique trait it has over other noodly shit besides atrocious neon pink is a bat wing you can't even see due to how massive its head is
It's just the definition of a mess, it takes all the bad qualities of other noodle arms and does nothing but worsen them, hell look at these other imps compared to impidimp, all of them look infinitely better than it and stand out way more despite not being a fucking eye searing neon pink
