I for one hope you can ride Rapidash. It just makes too much fucking sense.
Also, like to see riding on the back of a flying Pokémon. Picture a bigger and updated version of the overworld sprites for flying Pokémon in HH/SS with your character on their back.
No y-axis motion, though actually being able to use Fly would be neat.
