First off why would you even try to compare Sugi's art without using his actual fucking drawings?
Secondly, why would you try to recreate his style when you can even draw properly?
And thirdly the last one isn't even Sugi, it's fucking Ohmura.
Sugi's style didn't change much from gen 3 to 5, and honestly I never really liked his artstyle during gen 1 and 2, he drew eyes too small and too far apart.
But answering your question: BW2, ORAS and SM are my favorites when it comes to human designs, but I'm taking Ohmura's drawings into account too.
