Same BST as Steelix while not going overboard by balancing it across all the stats except defense since that's already exceptionally high. Also I'm planning on giving it Sheer Force if things go well, so that's another boon too. Seriously what was GF thinking giving this bad boy Weak Armor while keeping Sheer Force Steelix-exclusive. Does it look fair enough or have I not done the rock snake enough justice yet?
They're both getting reliable recovery through a certain move tutor, too.
