It can Pollen Puff your ally, it can put things to sleep, and it can get your ally to go first with After You. Thats really all its good at. Its offensive options are Leaf Storm, Solar Beam, Energy Ball, and Pollen Puff. A lot of Grass which gets walled out and Pollen Puff. Its not good offensively and there are better mons to do this with.
At the same time, you could be using a better Chlorophyll pokemon like Venasaur who has better overall stats, better typing, and move pool. It doesn't have After You but it has Weather Ball and Sludge Bomb and Earth Power.
You could also try something like Bellossom, while its speed is much lower than both of theirs, its movepool is better than Lilligants which works better for the tier that they are in.
