Grinding everybody (Save maybe Surfster) to the level cap of 19, I don't want to take any risks.
Grinding's making me impatient tho (5:24 game time already, but obviously less real time cuz fast forward), so I'm likely going to take a nap after this post and get back to it.
I think I can use Crunchy to bait Fighting attacks, therefore stopping Brawly's Meditite from setting up Reflect or Light screen as well as free switches into Aquabirb and/or Domino who resist Fighting and can lay the smackdown.
I caught Leviathan the Magikarp while fishing, so this will probably be Lluvia's last fight before being converted into our HM Mule.
>>51253914That's why I put on Dupes Clause (we're both running Emerald coincidentally), That way I guarantee a more varied team. It also stops me from having 6 Belly Drum Linoones, that I could sweep everything except Phoebe with.
If you're early enough in the run, it may be worth it to reset with Dupes Clause, give yourself a shot at a more varied team.
That's your choice to make though of course.
