Quiet nature really fucks it up because he's got a great Speed IV, but alas. Since I learned that tutor move compatibility is translated one-on-one rather than distributed randomly like TMs and since I knew Spore replaced Dragon Pulse as a tutor move, I knew what to do. Tim's also compatible with my Shell Smash TM, but idk, Coil's a safer option in most regards.
Fucker needs to gain quite a few levels so I guess that's what I'll be focusing on tomorrow instead of tackling Morimoto.
