>>58331174>My concept for AniMay VN would be a "Jirachi Festival" happening in Johto for reasons. There's a comet that will pass the skies for a few days and it is said to grant wishes. It's multi-day event depending on the writer. Because it's a festival all sorts of classic VN venues and dating spots can be easily incorporated like food stalls (May after all likes to eat) to fireworks at the end celebrating the passing of the commen for the classic fireworks confession. All your favorite Coordinators from Hoenn are there to compete to be the King or Queen of the Stars. (You) the MC, a downtrodden adult man who is a vigin, go there for two things: to make a wish upon the star (comet) and to see May. You saw her not too long ago on TV and you instantly became enamored by her. Not knowing if she'll be even in the festival you are conpelled to go there by some force (actually you're own will). The story is about not relying on wishes to have good things happen to you.I really like this idea too, I'll keep it in mind. I still prefer the idea of the AniMay VN plot surrounding a contest she's participating in, but it could be part of some bigger festival too.
