Nothing suggests that she's a negro besides her skin color (which isn't even exclusive to nogs). Meanwhile, it makes the most logical sense for her to be of Indian origin/Indian Inspired seeing as Galar is basically PokeUK. We also have Raihan who's another quite obvious Indian gym leader.
Btw, putting words into other people's mouths and parotting the same argument is a sign of desperation!
