It somehow feels nearly impossible to even think up fun scenarios for the Paldea starters despite all of them being somewhat similar in the Carnival theme
Cinderace x Inteleon ended becoming a popular duo/ship despite having next to nothing in common yet somehow I have a very hard time imagining Meowscarada x Quaquaval will become anywhere near as popular despite them both looking like circus clowns
