I mean I'm not a spriter so I don't think I could necessarily do better, and I know the four-color limitation can be a bitch when designing characters, and it's not like it kills the game or anything, but there's just something really off about that sprite.
I beat her and get the Bubblebadge along with Mud-Slap (it's at least justified by Wooper spamming the move). Koa's aide gives me the HM for Cut rather than any egg.
