Everyone runs >100 speed scarfer, typically with a rock move, to outpace it after it quiver dances once, which also stops zard x. Aside from that, you've got things like fini (who's fallen off for a while, but is starting to make a resurgence) and mega ttar (who's fat as shit and really good right now because of it) who also stop it. You could run thunderpunch for fini, but then you get worn down too easily. Zard y is good because it can just come in once and either OHKO or put a huge dent in anything not named toxapex.
