Did a quick mockup of how the region could be laid out. The main landmass is made up of Norway [the east], Sweden [center] and Finland [the west] and resembles Sinnoh a bit. I extended the Finland part a bit so that the landmass would be a bit more compact and to show that there's a landborder (to Poke-Russia) on the east side. Areas are just labeled so that it's clear what they represent, everything is more or less one region. There should be a decent amount of potential for exploration on both land and sea with the current setup.
Anyways, I'm wondering if you guys would want to include Greenland? it could fit in the northwest corner if things were moved around a bit. It's not technically a part of the region but could be an interesting place to explore.
Additionally, it might be a good time to come up with ideas for a name for the region.
