And Sceptile will never get a free turn to set up a Swords Dance, that's why Lightningrod is a good ability on it, if you predict well you can get a free setup (if it's already mega'd-which is another reason why it's shit). Also it doesn't have the bulk and a shit typing (as >19765547 showed) so it won't be able to pull off a synthesis, which is already retarded as fuck to use on it.
If you take a look at this picture you can see that both of it's stab moves are nve against very common steel types, so it will need hp fire or focus blast unless it gets a fire move in oras.
Aside from that it also has next to no moves on the special side so the only moveset I can see working is
-Dragon Pulse
-Energy Ball/Leaf Storm
-Focus Blast/HP Fire
-Substitute/any of the other moves you didn't take
