If 150,000 fans have Greninja as their favorite poke, then those 150,000 fans have free reign to vote for their favorite Pokemon with nothing to stop them. The way they set up the poll does not at all hinder their possibilities to do so. It's simple: If X Pokemon is your favorite you simply vote for it. From the people who voted, 140,000 of them had Greninja as their favorite, 100,000 had Lucario as their favorite, 95,000 of them had Mimikyu as their favorite and 90,000 of them had Charizard as their favorite. If more people had them as their favorites, they would've received more votes. It's not rocket science
