Well we lucked out encountering a Trevenant in route 20. Unfortunately it turned out to be a bit too fighty, refused to get into the fucking ball and hit two critical hits on Greenland the Avalugg, killing her before she got her recover off.. The endgame's kinda kicking my ass, I need to get my shit together.
So instead Deadwood was joined by Apathy the Gothitelle because she complements the team well enough and I didn't have to grind her too much. Was actually hoping for a Jigglypuff in pokemon village as a Dragon check, but oh well. Team's looking a bit villainous, I like it.
Quickly gave Darude the Tyranitar flamethrower and Wulfric was predictably easy after Baton passing her a speed boost. I'm really happy I get to use Tyranitar, it's always cool.
P.S. I think that twisting forest route under Snowbelle is kinda underrated, it's a neat idea and pretty well implemented but I never hear anyone talk about it.
>>55277587Sounds balanced enough if you just want to use stuff you like.
>>55277162I'm a pussy so I grinded up to about 45 in my crystal run but I found that badge boosts definitely make it doable with just the levels you get from trainer battles after Clair, if you went to level cap against her.
>>55274019Geodude shines once again. Don't think anything counts as dirty in a Dray hack, considering how brutal they can be. RIP Shinx though, intimidate is such a great ability.
>>55273072I know you lost it, but Glare + wrap might be worth it in gen 1.
>>55272863That's the exact kinda rng that only ever happens against you and never in your favor.
>>55272198Great job! Seeing Farfetch'd is great, always love the teams you cook up.
>>55272078Good stuff! Gliscor is amazing and I have a real soft spot for Venomoth. Good luck in Kanto!
>>55270411>>55270820Congrats! Really cool team in the end, especially love seeing others enjoying Parasect. Was Sunny Day on Magneton just to weaken Lorelei's attacks or am I missing some pro strategy?
