Ralts has proven to be a very rare 10%er. I'm beginning to feel like I'm trying for the real thing, as it's surprising I've not encountered a single one yet. On the other hand, I have precisely 1 Tympole, which is a fellow 10%er. That Tympole makes me feel slightly less bad about finding Ralts. Gothita and Surskit have been eating up all my low-encounter-rate shiny encounters.
I went back to back on Bidoofs and Lotads. I will be releasing most of these once I acquire a Ralts. Some of the ones I've acquired have much better IVs than the others. You are guaranteed 3 perfect IVs in Inclement Emerald anyway, but some of them have 4 and 2 high ones as well.
Those 1/1024 odds are definitely playing to their lengths.
