>>54981874I think it depends on the trainer, gym leaders exist because they are more tuned in for that typing, I couldnt call most of them normal by any means. Plus some trainers being attuned to certain typings might also be a good reason to have them be able to achieve Pokemon techniques that shouldnt be possible for them to do.
