I've been cruising with a normal ass Blastoise. No passive on it, no hidden ability either, just Blastoise. Haven't savescummed since it doesn't really needs it.
Ice Beam, Surf and Shell Smash is more tha enough to go through 85% of every encounter, and I also got Dark Pulse just to maybe flinch anything I can't kill in 2 Surfs.
I hope I can find the Mega, just to see the whole potential of this motherfucker.
