I feel like so much energy and raw power comes out of any Mega pokemon, enough to go toe-on-toe with any legend bar Arceus. They'd be pretty evenly matched, as in, I could easily see M-Tyranitar having a destructive, all-out battle to the death with a Groudon, and nobody would really be able to just guess the outcome at first, they'd be fighting equals.
