Good streamlining is taking the shops, move deleter, move relearner and putting them all in the Pokémon center.
This removes the nuance of having to go to a specific location in a random city. It’s not really an issue or have any affect to how the game progresses.
Removing the option to turn off exp share is not streamlining, it doesn’t matter if the game is balanced or you want to use the word “GRINDING” as an argument.
This is removing the multiple types of playstyles people have been using, and until we are shown better competitive options, this WILL make EV training more of a hassle especially when your excuse/solution is

The key thing here is that your not making it better, your not streamlining, all you did was remove the option and force players to keep it on.
