My closest friend tried to confess her feelings to a mutual friend we shared but bailed out at the last second, because he didn't get what she was getting at immediately. I blew off school the next day so that I could help console her, because she was a fucking wreck, man.
[spoilers] It did have a happy ending since the guy she liked approached me about how weird she was acting and was upset in that kicked puppy way since she kinda ran off after she tried to take back her confession that made me realize he was into her too. It took fucking forever but I managed to get them together over the course of several months. I still feel proud of this since it's a long-lasting and happy relationship that's done wonders for her insecurities. I'll stop blogging now. [/spoilers]
