This is my team as of now. Not only have I did a fair amount of grinding on my Cottonee, I haven't wasted any exp. All trainer battles had xp focused directly on my Jolteon and Cottonee, and now they're at the hard level cap. The gym is open now and I'm expected to head there next, since I've explored everywhere I can.
