As I said, it carries boulders which it holds on to with the lower pair of arms, but it can throw it like a slingshot using the web that connects all four elbows. Not sure about the arms, I feel like I'm missing something. But I do remember the Spiderman-ish eyes and the spider pattern on his chest.
