>>54910651i mean we did find pretty decent evidence of this. not pokemon itself, but like 5 years ago one of the big companies like ea was listed on some social media "specialist", and one of the specialist tweeted some stuff about 4chan during some promotional thing about their services. i think people may infact be paid to shitpost on 4chan, but not as their entire job. like, they have to get one "promotion" out there per minute, and maybe they toss in one of those threads thats blatent and dies so we never see it as one of the 60 they do per hour. more or less, its just a small fraction of social media shitposting they grind their souls to dust doing. i imagine they review a small slice of what each person does, and so spending a minute on a 4chan post is pretty risky because really, do you want to see your boss review your shit and you present to him "i started this pokethread. uh, yeah, it had engagement. uh...yeah...like...400 images of fat gardevoir got po...posted in it. engagement...yeahh...."
