It took me a while and I actually like Incineroar's design, but it's definitely questionable in places. Fur and muscle detail notwithstanding, I'm just not sure about those fingers. One the one hand, he couldn't be as expressive with his hands if he had smaller fingers, and wouldn't be able to make as obvious motions like pic related. On the other hand, they look really oversized, especially with its skinner wrists and forearms. Maybe if they had made its hand claws longer and retractable (like its feet ones in smash), and then they extended further out when drawn so that he could make his gestures when he needs to but would normally have smaller fingers, that could've been a good middle ground.
