When you're saying something is "uncounterable", you're assuming it has every single move on it. Greninja without Hydro Pump is probably countered by Heatran or something, i'm not going to run calcs. Point is, any PARTICULAR moveset (4 moves) that Greninja could run will always be countered by something.
And if something deserves to get banned over potential uncounterability, it should be Zard-X.
