Dark green = confirmed according to Serebii (I'm not convinced all the Eeveelutions are in personally but I'll share their optimism for now)
Light green = semi-confirmed (Due to leaks, association with other confirmed ins, and Meltan)
Yellow = My predictions on pokemon making the cut, due to gen 1 bias and popularity bias
White = No solid opinion, or they're in a group where I think a few will make it in but not sure which. I doubt all the earlier legendaries will be in but can't confidently put any specific one over the others.
Red = Assumed cut, due to overlap with Galar pokemon (Mareep/Wooloo, Skarmory/Corviknight, etc.), not fitting the region (Cactus pokemon) or getting the company into trouble before (Jinx)
