Ok, this isn't exactly a conspiracy, more so just an observation.
Let's for this moment put side the fact that GameFreak are the creators of Pokemon, and every few years they come out with a new region, a bunch more pokemon, including a few evolutions/pre-evolutions for a previous Generation.
>All Legendaries are immortal, thus don't need to breed, thus have no gender in-game.
Going on, how could explain the fact that with every subsequent region (and thus the subsequent cornucopia of new pokemon) they are all backwards compatible in relation to their ability to support the older pokemon.
Unless remakes have been made of a particular gen, they are unable to support the future Generation of discovered pokemon. I mean, when was the last time you saw a Garbodor in the first season's worth of episodes, especially the one about the Grimer plugging up the water pipe in the power-plant episode? Or why aren't there any Leafeon in the forests around Mt. Moon?
>TL:DR -
>With all the technology available in the Pokemon world, every "new" region is able to support the life in the previously seen region, yet inter-communication between all regions is non-existant.
>No-one deems it important to send research institutes and central information banks analyses on Pokemon in their region for everyone to learn about.
>Somehow the earliest region is unable to support the variety of Pokemon that the latest one can. Explain
