Leak 1: Comes from the Chinese forums and deleted... By the moderator who deleted the original Chinese leaks before they got out. All they said was that it would be a Kanto Remake of sorts.
Leak 2: Comes from DasVergeben who is an up and coming leaker who is more of a "leaker port" who has multiple sources, some fake, some real, but so far they have been correct on a number of leaks. And when a leak turned out to be false, he literal leaked a day or two before that one of his leaks wouldn't come true. What he says is that there is pressure on game freak to get Generation 8 out by the end of 2018. He says that Generation 8 is very real and is likely to be shown at the Nintendo Direct on the 10th or 11th but since it hasn't happened before (Main game in a direct) they might not show it but it is real.
