>>35714138Carrying on from last the update; touched down in Kanto. Took on Surge's troops, and Neltharion pretty much tanked everything and wore them down to nothing. Following that I moved onto Saffron and Sabrina. Cenarius was the MVP this time around, OHKO Espeon and Mr. Mime, and managing to cling onto life to smack Alakazam after two Psychic attacks.
For a while things were pretty uneventful. Made it through Rock Tunnel, fixed the trouble at the Power Plant, and made myself at home in Cerulean. I'd been doing a little work with Gallywix to level 'im up, and then I got him killed, (hadn't figured that Vaporeon would know Bite). After that, I had Nazjar zap Misty's fishies, rushed through to Celadon where Lothar lit Erika up, hur hur hur.
So I think for the time being I'm going to run through the rest of the gyms with the team I have now, then work on raising up new teammates closer to when I actually prepare to take on Red. My thoughts as of now are Oddish/Bellsprout to fill that grass-gap I felt I've been lacking, and maybe Murkrow. Just 'cause I really want to use Murkrow.
