No. The logistics behind trying trying to get a game that massive to actually be engaging and enjoyable past the second region is so absurd that I don't think it's even possible. Try and prove me wrong here but I'm almost certain that every "solution" that you can come up with to make this pipe dream of yours real only causes more problems that in turn cause more problems.
It's just not doable. See HGSS for an example of how fucking boring and broken having simply two regions can be in terms of progression. I don't want more empty Kantos and poorly level scaled Johtos.
