The knot takes 5 random stats from the parents, and rolls the remaining one
If BOTH parents are 6IVs then all 5 of the inhereted stats will be 31
You really shouldnt need to hatch more than two boxes to get another 6IV from two 6IV parents since the last stat is just a 1/31 chance or 1/32 since 0 is an option
What game/generation are you on cus it really shouldnt take more than like a half hour of hatching eggs, with MOST of the eggs being solid 5IVs anyways
You literally should not be able to get a 3IV if both parents are 6IV and one is holding a destiny knot
