Honestly, I couldn't think of one off the top of my head, but looking through the pokedex, this is probably the best candidate. Swinub and Piloswine look like shit and were shit to use.
I also considered Crobat. I don't hate Zubat or Golbats design, but Crobat definitely made them more than just "those annoying cave mons."
