Outfits are a bit hard for me to decide for my cute wife because she is just adorable in anything and everything! The safest bet would be a sporty evolution of her Pokeathlon outfit. If she was doing another seasonal like her Xmas pair, cute wife would be perfect for Palentines! Since chefs, cooks and maids have been done heavily, I think a nice angelic cupid outfit would be great for my cute wife. Though depending on who she is paired with, she could also pull off a more devious, devlish take of cupid as well.
My cute wife Whitney has gotta get a Poke-Fair for her Sygna Suit alt. It's extremely unlikely she'd ever get a Master Fair or an Arc Suit, though I have done a quick Arc Suit mockup before.
Cute wife's existing pairs already do well with the whole flinch thing. So to still keep up with that theme and also be unique from all other pairs currently in the game, I would have Sygna Suit Cute Wife be a Strike or Tech that stacked as many volatile status conditions/Interference as possible. Her main kit would be applying flinch, confuse and trap. And her grid would simply be increasing that damage to ludicrous amounts. Then just to top off, she would apply Normal Rebuff down since none of her existing pairs can do that yet.
Or better yet, just give my cute wife a reworked Attract that works on everything and have her grid gain massive damage from it when active.
