There is nothing to be proud of here. It's shit! Ugly fucking art, no talent, and a fucking shitty idea! You can barely see the "improvement",

It's supposed to be based off of Underwater Panther. The idea is that as it evolves it gains the steel typing and scales. It might stay quadrupedal and turn into a awesome looking beast with a giant whip like tail or go bipedal - turning into a cat man with a spear made of water.

Thank you for the honest feedback though.

I included the old design on the left - as you can see it is pretty rough. I wanted a little lynx kitten with an arrow pattern. I'm still proud of the head I drew for this mon - I like the big droopy whiskers. But a lot of it is really rough and not cute enough for a starter. I also dislike the steely blue color I used for the fur. It is too dull.

I think I did a really good job with the improvements.
I still wanted a cute little lynx kitten, and I wanted the droopy whiskers I liked so much from the first draft. I honestly had a whole lot of fun drawing this kitty. I got a neat idea on how to make the teardrop shaped pattern on the fur and I'm really proud that it came out so well. Honestly there is a lot here I like, but the only thing I'm not certain on is the tail pattern. It looked kind of plain so I gave it a wave-y pattern but I'm not sure it works.
I couldn't get the tear drop shape to look good there, even if I reduced it to tiny dots.
