>>56924542>if you're making threads (leading), be a good leader and listen to your people. Listening to other's opinions and putting them before your own comes with the job.Welp, that about sums 'er up.
>>56924410First of all, I'm grateful to have created an environment where people like you feel comfortable saying things they might otherwise be reserved about. Yes, you are obviously going through some shit, that's plain as day to see. Whatever it is you have going on, you say you won't mention it, you're not obligated to speak about it, and it may be for the best not to, but you are--and have been--using very toxic coping mechanisms to try and sort through it, and your actions have been negatively impacting your peers. And you know this, I know you do. But it's not enough to know what you're doing, you have to understand that there's other actions you could and can take that would be more positive for yourself and others. And I'm not saying it's easy. Lord knows I'm the single angriest man who has ever lived,
but we have to make the effort to improve ourselves and we are afforded that opportunity every day.
Let's see if we can't turn this discussion into a net positive for the thread and briefly touch on some points that others have mentioned.
>the Dragapult firstiesIt was a funny joke with the Voltorba anti-joke and it's long since overstayed its welcome. What if we instead used those early posts to show off more recent artwork beyond what we use for the OP? We can marry that with the recent writing works to better emphasize what we do in this thread. And if there's a slow week (there never has been, objectively), the archive's up to 1441 files--that's an average of 131 new works per month, there's gonna be something worth posting.
>recent worksOne good idea is hardly a fair trade for a dozen bricks, but credit where it's due. However, let's try to keep the link spam to a minimum in the OP and save them for the follow-up posts.
>thread tasksHoo boy.
