It would be a comedy with mewtwo being played 100% straight evil and his sidekicks causing chaos and ruining his plans by making the world a happier, better place. The scraggy wants to be tough and feared but naturally is a kind wimp and the poke kid wants to turn into a real pokemon and doesn't understand that mewtwo is evil.
