his ability 'raid' says:
>Instead of using an MP move, this Pokémon can move to within 3 spaces of an opponent's Pokémon
which makes out that he can move from anywhere to nearby an enemy which sounded way overpowered
but what it actually does is:
>Instead of using an MP move, if you are within 3 spaces of an opponents pokemon, you may move next to that pokemon and battle it
you are forced to battle by the way, you cant move next to it and end turn
he's really bad unfortunately
