If you decide to add Snorlax to the game I think here on Route 58 would be a good place to put it. It's an optional area on a route with nothing on it but the tunnel to Naljo so it doesn't mess too much with the leaked game, but is required to beat it if you want to go between Botan City and Castro Valley if it was put here. It could be about level 50, which would be just a few levels below your team at this point. There could be other areas that might be better though.

Kindle Road also appears on the ingame map, where you can scroll your cursor over it, but you can't access it, is it just on the map or does an unfinished map for this area exist too?
