>>44123045Actually my bad, switch the small and medium changes. A small stat change like boosting its defense to 90 with low HP like it has is not gonna break much boundaries. So that would be really small almost inconsequential overall. The movepool boost is a substantial change, so that would go to medium. And the evolution/Regional Form would still be huge.
