Above all random pokemon, this one is so obviously Levitation-kind of thing.
I mean i can understand that to give it a Levitate ability we need to remove all others that are useful. But why can't all ghosts be immune to ground attacks then? Seems fair enough. Like - most of ghosts are simply spirits that can float around!
But at the same time it will make ghosts like Trevenant not quite logical.
