I really don't understand why Meganium doesn't already have Flower Veil. If you need a refresher, Flower Veil is exclusive to Florges and Comfey. It protects you (but only if you are a Grass-type) and your allies (also only if they're Grass-type,) from having your stats lowered, or from being hit with status conditions.
That's great for something like Meganium, so it can't be hit by Toxic. It's perfect.
Also even if you're not gonna make it a Grass/Fairy-type, there are several Fairy-type moves it should still learn.
